kkbdapp provides various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers come with specific terms and conditions that users must follow.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit, otherwise they will be cancelled automatically.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain games may not count towards wagering requirements.
• Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.

5.4 VIP Program

kkbdapp has a dedicated VIP program for regular players. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Gaming Rules

6.2 Live Casino Rules

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of any issue caused by an internet disconnection, the server record will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket, football and other sports, if an event is cancelled the staked amount will be refunded. Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

kkbdapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If fraudulent activity is proven.
• If identity verification is not completed.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid balances should be withdrawn before requesting account closure. Any unused bonuses will be cancelled automatically after the account is closed.
